Our K Rendering Service is offered across South London Croydon & beyond. The K Render is a cement based render system that incorporates silicone to provide water repellents. This silicone technology repels water from surface while at the same time not preventing water vapour to pass through the render so allowing the substrate to breathe.

The water repellent surface provides a pleasing freshly rendered appearance for an extended period of time. In addition the finish is dry enough to help inhibit the growth of algae & lime bloom.
